Our website is moving!

NOTICE: OFFICE RENOVATION 2026


Our office located at 6028 Camp Ernst Road, will undergo major renovations in 2026. As a result, in January 2026 our staff is moving to different locations to continue our great work. Our services will remain the same, please note the updated locations:

Room Reservations

Meeting rooms are primarily reserved for Extension programs and events. Non-profit and civic organizations may request use of the facilities, provided their activities support one or more of the missions outlined in KRS 164.610.

Scheduling Guidelines:

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, Requests may be submitted up to 30 days in advance, and Priority is given to Extension Agent-led meetings, classes, and programs

Please review the rules and complete the request form below. Forms may be submitted to our office in person or by email at boone.ext@uky.edu. Requests will be processed as soon as possible, and you will be contacted once your request has been reviewed.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Office located at 6028 Camp Ernst Drive will be closed for renovations throughout 2026. This makes our available meeting space extremely limited; however, we will make every effort to accommodate eligible organizations.
