NOTICE: OFFICE RENOVATION 2026
Our office located at 6028 Camp Ernst Road, will undergo major renovations in 2026. As a result, in January 2026 our staff is moving to different locations to continue our great work. Our services will remain the same, please note the updated locations:

Room Reservations
The Boone County Cooperative Extension Service provides meeting rooms primarily for Extension-sponsored functions. Eligible non-profit and civic organizations may also request use of the facilities, provided their activities support one or more missions of the Boone County Extension District as outlined in KRS 164.610, including agriculture, home economics, and rural/community life.
PLEASE NOTE: RENOVATIONS IN 2026
The Boone County Cooperative Extension Office, located at 6028 Camp Ernst Drive, Burlington, KY, will be closed for major renovations throughout 2026. During this period, meeting space will be extremely limited. Priority will be given to Extension Agent–led meetings, classes, and programs; however, we will make every effort to accommodate eligible non-profit and civic organizations when possible.
Scheduling Guidelines:
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be submitted no more than 30 days in advance. Please complete the form below and submit it either in person or by emailing boone.ext@uky.edu. Allow up to three business days for processing.
